WEEK 9 - NUMBER SENSE
http://www.tolearnfrench.com/exercises/exercise-french-2/exercise-french-6735.php
This is not a very exciting looking game but here the child is required to put the numbers in order of least to greatest.
** I know we already had this, but just a great one for extra practice!**
http://lexiquefle.free.fr/num.swf
This is an excellent game since the child can hear what the number sounds like and then clicks on the right number in level one and types in the number in level two. Please note: When playing with numbers 80-100, the first number read in level one, and the last number read in level two sounds like “quatre-vingt” but is actually “quatre-vingt-un”.
WEEK 8 - NUMBER SENSE
http://jeudeloie.free.fr/debutant/chiffre/oie.html
Select the written form of the number that is the same as the number given in digits. Click on “Valider” to check your answer and then on “Continue” for the next question.
WEEK 7 - NUMBER SENSE

WEEK 6 - PLACE VALUE
Next week we will begin our study of place value. Play the following game to help your child learn how to decompose numbers. Try the medium and hard settings.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/ks1/maths/place_value/play/
WEEK 5 - VENN DIAGRAMS
Play Logic Zoo to get ready for our study of Venn diagrams that will begin next week. Sort the animals into their correct place in the zoo.
WEEK 4 - SOME ADDITION PRACTICE
As the children finish up a culminating activity planning a class party( ask them about it, they're enjoying it!), it would be great to refresh on some math facts and addition practice. Also we've been doing alot of counting - by 1s, 2s, 5s & 10s...can never do too much! Try this game out for fun. I'd say up to Level 4 would be a great start.
WEEK 3 - MORE PICTOGRAPHS
Along with the activity, encourage students to communicate about the graphs - ask them about the type of graph, the title, how much the scale counts by, and what they learned by reading the graph. This is a good activity for them on Brain Pop Jr. Also they have had a chance to create their own survey, with tally chart, and create both bar graphs and pictographs - feel free to have them try another!!
